The auditor's office examined the Glacier Water District and the Point Roberts Public Hospital District from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2011.
They found that both districts’ internal controls were adequate to safeguard public assets, and that both complied with state laws and their own policies.
Accountability and financial audits of the Birch Bay Water and Sewer District were also released last week.
Those audits also found no violations, and showed that the district had $6.48 million in total long-term debt in 2011.
