Bellingham celebrated the Jewish holiday with its first ever electric menorah parade sponsored by the Rohr Center for Jewish Life.
Chabad Rabbi Avremi Yarmush and a group of students and community members strapped large electric menorahs to car rooftops and made their way from Western Washington University, through downtown and back to Fairhaven to help spread the message of religious freedom, love and peace to the community.
About twelve cars were featured in the parade.
