State October Revenue Report Shows Nice Increase

OLYMPIA, Wash.  (Metro)  -- The latest state revenue report just out shows a nearly $37 million gain.

"The Olympian" says the executive director of the state Economic and Revenue Forecast Council, Steve Lerch, calls that a modest bump.

Lerch says the Washington economy has added nearly 13,000 jobs in the last three months, with Boeing contributing most of them, but the unemployment rate still rose slightly.
